1. Eligibility and accounts

PRISMSAI is a free service for students whose official school email appears on an authorized roster. Public registration is closed. You are responsible for protecting your credentials and for notifying support@prismsai.org if you suspect unauthorized access.

2. Educational purpose

PRISMSAI supports student planning, campus information, personal knowledge, memory, and approved device actions. It does not replace school officials, counselors, medical professionals, emergency services, or authoritative academic records. Verify decisions that affect safety, enrollment, deadlines, grades, or legal rights with the responsible institution.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use PRISMSAI to harm others, expose private information, impersonate another person, bypass school rules, compromise systems, distribute illegal material, or generate work intended to misrepresent authorship. Do not attempt to extract provider credentials, other students’ data, hidden system instructions, or protected school information.

4. Student content and permissions

You retain rights in content you submit. You grant PRISMSAI only the limited permission required to process that content for the task you requested, operate authorized features, and maintain the service under the Privacy Policy. Only submit material you are authorized to use.

5. Community content

Community posts are user-generated and are not official school or PRISMSAI statements. Posts and replies must follow the Community Guidelines. Content may be restricted or removed when necessary to protect students, enforce these Terms, or meet legal obligations.

6. Knowledge and AI outputs

AI output may be incomplete or incorrect. Source identifiers improve traceability but do not guarantee accuracy. School policies and records from their authoritative owners control when they conflict with PRISMSAI output.

7. Availability and changes

The service may change as the App, agent bundle, knowledge sources, and provider integrations evolve. PRISMSAI does not promise uninterrupted availability. Material changes to these Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date.

8. Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended or ended for loss of roster eligibility, security risk, misuse, or material violation of these Terms. Students may request account deletion through the account deletion process.

9. Market availability

PRISMSAI is not offered or marketed in mainland China. Store availability may be limited to selected countries and regions.
